  Objective
 

To appoint more sub-brokers for Secondary Market (SM) operation & Demat services across tamil nadu initially, followed by southern and other parts of India. In the long run, they will all become “Total Financial Solutions Provider”, by rendering all services offered by Integrated & group companies

  Products offered
 
To start with, they will be given SM & Demat services. Based on their performance & capacity, they will be offered other products of Integrated and our group company
  Identification Criteria
 

The candidate should be in business of any trade

The candidate should be a graduate

The candidate should have knowledge of stock market and related activities

The candidate should have decent family back ground with good contacts

The candidate should have the necessary infrastructure according to our specification

The candidate should have adequate financial capacity to handle the business

The candidate should give two references

  Selection Process
 

Marketing Team will visit and make a feasibility study

We will verify your infrastructure & other related aspects

We will demand for the security deposit of Rs. 50000/- on CSBS

We will insist for NOC from Building Owner for installation of VSAT

We will insist for a NCFM qualified candidate to handle the operation before commencement of business

Technical Team will visit and check whether the required infrastructure is met as per our specifications

The candidate should give two references

  If the above is satisfied, then both parties will enter into an agreement for both SM & Demat services
  Operation procedure
 

Training to all team members of sub-broker on Front & Back Office for SMD & Demat services

Training on PAN & Mutual Fund initially, followed by other products

Training on NCFM exam for other team members

One day on-job training for the team members on the terminal at chennai and also at our nearest branch to the sub-broker

Training on “Selling our Products” will be given to all the team members of sub-broker

  Technical Support
 

Emails to all sub-brokers & their customers on research reports

SMS to all sub-brokers & their customers on daily tips

Periodic visits by our technical/system team for smooth functioning of their systems & other related things

  Marketing Support
 

Applications & agreements will be supplied in sufficient quantity

Hand bills & brochures will be given periodically

Name Board will be given by us

Banners will be given by us as and when it is required

Printed stationery will be given by us

Investors’ meet will be organized as and when it is requested

Marketing Team will visit periodically for promotional activities

Other material & promotional support from time to time
