training is provided to all our associates for New Fund Offers of mutual funds
by an official of the respective funds. The training focuses on improving the
awareness about the schemes and their effective selling to target the potential
investor. This will enhance the knowledge of the associates through a well-designed
training programme at our end. | |
We have designed attractive incentive structure and the Associates are connected
with central server. Based on their volume of business done, the eligible commission
is paid by cheque or draft. If the commission payable is below Rs.500 per month
it will be sent with subsequent month payment only. | |
