*Charges
for off-market and other brokers debit instructions (both put together) upto a
maximum of 100 transactions per account (for the entire lifetime) will be waived.
After exhausting the 100 free transactions, Rs.20/- will be charged per transaction.

Imprest Balance of Rs.1000/- will have to be made at the time of opening the demat
account.
2) All transactions are excluding service and other applicable taxes.
The charges arising out of the transactions will be deducted from the imprest
balance.
3) Pledge initiation, closure and invocation will be charged separately.
4)
Exit option available only after a period of 1 year from date of joining / fresh
remittance.

1) Membership Fee of Rs.3000/-
is non-refundable and non-transferable. The security deposit of Rs.1000/Rs.500
will be refunded only on closure of the demat account after adjusting for the
transactions done.
